A Parking attendant arrested for stabbing a man in Arrecife has been released and charged with an alleged crime of injury after appearing at an Arrecife Court.
Reports say that the cause of the row which resulted in the stabbing is still being investigated.
The 'Thug' was arrested by the National Police accused of stabbing a man who refused to give him money for parking as reported by the National Police.
The incident occurred on Saturday, November 4th near the hospital, after a man and a woman had an argument with the parking attendant, who approached them and demanded money to take care of the vehicle they had just parked.
After refusing to give him money, the assailant took out a knife and stabbed him several times" on the forearm and chest. The victim required emergency treatment and was hospitalised until the next day.
The accused who fled the scene of the crime was located and arrested in Arrecife a day later but now remains at liberty with pending charges.
